1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for using Rank SEO (“the Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), an AI-powered SEO automation platform operated by Rank SEO.

When you create an account or access any part of the Service, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

To access and use Rank SEO, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Register with accurate and complete account information
• Have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions taken under your account. Do not share your password or grant access to unauthorized individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Use of the Service

Rank SEO is built for legitimate SEO research, content creation, and website growth. When using the platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform or its underlying technology
• Disrupt or interfere with the Service, or access it via unauthorized automated means
• Use the Service to produce content that is false, defamatory, or violates the rights of others
• Resell or sublicense access to Rank SEO without our prior written consent

Automated Publishing

Rank SEO offers an optional auto-publish feature that, when enabled by you, automatically publishes AI-generated content to your connected website on the scheduled publish date if you have not manually reviewed it beforehand. By enabling auto-publish, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are authorizing Rank SEO to publish content to your website on your behalf without requiring your manual review of each individual piece of content
• Content published through auto-publish is treated as though you reviewed and approved it yourself
• You remain fully responsible for all auto-published content, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with third-party rights
• You can disable auto-publish at any time from your account settings, and you can review, edit, or remove any auto-published content after publication

5. Subscription and Billing

Trial Period

Rank SEO offers a 3-day trial for $1. The trial gives you complete access to the platform so you can assess the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

Automatic Conversion

When the 3-day trial ends, your account automatically converts to a paid monthly plan at $69 per month. To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the trial period expires.

Recurring Billing

Your subscription renews automatically each month on the same date it started. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file at each renewal.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

Pricing Changes

We may update our pricing periodically. If a pricing change affects your active subscription, we will notify you at least 30 days before the new rate takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

• During the trial - If you cancel within the 3-day trial period, no further charges will be applied beyond the $1 trial fee.
• After the trial - If you cancel after a monthly payment has been processed, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

7. Content and Ownership

Your Content

You keep full ownership of your website data, existing content, and any materials you bring to the platform. Rank SEO makes no claim over content that belongs to you.

Generated Content

Content produced by Rank SEO’s AI tools (including articles, images, and recommendations) is provided as a starting point and a productivity aid. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before it goes live. Rank SEO does not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular search ranking or traffic result.

Intellectual Property of AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may have limited or no copyright protection under applicable law. Copyright offices in various jurisdictions have indicated that works generated solely by artificial intelligence, without sufficient human authorship, may not qualify for copyright registration. By using Rank SEO, you acknowledge that the copyright status of AI-generated content is evolving and that you bear responsibility for understanding the intellectual property implications of publishing such content.

AI-generated text and images may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, or other protected material. Rank SEO does not warrant that generated content is free from third-party intellectual property claims. You are solely responsible for verifying that any content you publish does not infringe on the rights of others.

Our Platform

All rights to the Rank SEO platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and branding, remain exclusively with Rank SEO. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

8. AI and Platform Limitations

Rank SEO uses artificial intelligence, including third-party large language models, to generate content, create images, analyze keywords, and provide SEO recommendations. While we strive for accuracy and quality, please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, or statements that require verification before publication
• AI-generated images may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works, trademarks, brand identities, or the likeness of real individuals
• Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm updates, competitor activity, and domain authority
• We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic increases, or revenue outcomes
• SEO insights and recommendations are based on available data and should be used as guidance, not absolute directives
• AI-generated content should not be treated as professional advice in specialized fields such as legal, medical, or financial topics without independent expert review

You are ultimately responsible for all content published on your website, regardless of whether it was generated using Rank SEO or published automatically through the auto-publish feature. You agree to review, verify, and edit all AI-generated content before publication. If you have enabled auto-publish, you accept that some content may be published without your prior review and that your responsibility for that content remains unchanged.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rank SEO, its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Content you publish or that is published on your behalf through the auto-publish feature, including content that was generated, modified, or informed by the Rank SEO platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that content published on your website infringes, defames, or otherwise causes harm to a third party

10. Third-Party Integrations

Rank SEO connects with third-party services to deliver its core functionality, including:

• Google Search Console - for accessing your website’s search performance data
• AI and language model providers - for powering content generation, image creation, keyword research, and SEO recommendations
• CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Notion) - for publishing content directly to your website
• Stripe - for payment processing

Each of these services is operated by an independent third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policies. Rank SEO is not responsible for outages, modifications, or data practices of any third-party provider.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion of your account data.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Service, with or without advance notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or used the platform in a way that harms Rank SEO or other users.

When your account is terminated, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Account data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank SEO shall not be liable for:

• Loss of search rankings, organic traffic, or website performance
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Data loss caused by third-party service failures or events outside our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Rank SEO in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue using the Service after updated Terms take effect, you accept those changes. If you disagree, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
